Director of Career Success

Rhiann is a Los Angeles native, born and raised in Hawthorne, CA. She first joined the C5 Team in 2015 as a Program Supervisor, leading summer experiences such as Road to College, ACT Now, College Boot Camp, and C5 College day.

She is a proud Gaucho turned Trojan, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Black Studies and Language, Culture, & Society from UC Santa Barbara, and later her Master of Education from the USC Rossier School of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs. Upon completing her Masters, Rhiann returned to C5 in 2021 as the organization's new Career Success Program Director. Rhiann aspires to empower C5 Leaders and Alumni as they pursue diverse career pathways, while providing them with professional development resources and connections to career opportunities.

With almost 10 years of joint experience with non-profit organizations and career advising in higher education, Rhiann is committed to supporting C5 Leaders as they identify and employ their unique skills and talents while pursuing their ongoing professional endeavors. She is dedicated to creating programs that leverage mentorship and corporate partnerships to assist students in their career development journey to find joy, fulfillment, and success.
