With over a decade of experience in social impact, strategic partnerships, and fundraising, Jade has a proven track record of driving positive change in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. She has led transformative initiatives, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB), people strategy, and organizational development.

During her time at Tahirih Justice Center, she secured over $2.1 million in funding for the San Francisco office, advancing their mission to support immigrants fleeing gender-based violence. Her efforts at Lazarex Cancer Foundation improved access to clinical trials for cancer patients, especially in underserved communities. Jade's leadership style is grounded in authenticity and empowerment, always striving to create pathways for equitable growth. When she's not working, you’ll find Jade exploring the globe, reading, working out or spending time with her two children.
